Job Responsibilities                     1. Responsible for coordinating transportation plans, arranging logistics operations, and providing end-to-end services from booking to cargo release; monitoring logistics status and providing timely feedback;
                    2. Responsible for receiving orders, arranging bookings, trucking, customs clearance, settlement, and other related tasks;
                    3. Cooperating with the business department, and providing customer service according to overseas client requirements to enhance the customer experience;
                    4. Regularly submitting shipping statistics, freight detail reports, and other related documents;
                    5. Developing quality freight forwarders, inquiring and negotiating prices with freight forwarders, screening and recommending suitable transportation channels for the company.

Job Requirements                     1. College diploma or above;
                    2. Proficient in using OFFICE software;
                    3. Preferably a major in logistics management, international economics and trade, e-commerce, or related fields;
                    4. Experience in international express delivery, e-commerce logistics, or related fields is a plus;
                    5. Detail-oriented, proactive, quick-witted, efficient, and highly responsible.
